The brief

Smile Lab put the front desk on autopilot.

Six dental clinics across Lviv. Inbound: 70% repeat-FAQ (“do you do invisalign”, “is X procedure covered”, “what time is my appointment”). Front-desk staff exhausted by mid-afternoon — and patients still hung up because the line was busy.

We built a FAQ + Booking agent on WhatsApp + voice. Trained on three years of clinic scripts. The line stopped being busy. The front desk got their afternoons back.
