About · An Auspex practice · since 2021

A small team. Five years of CRM. 50+ deployments behind us.

We're not a 200-person AI consultancy. We're the AI division of Auspex: five years inside CRM projects, watching where leads die. Now we close those gaps with custom AI agents.

Founder · Andrew Maryasov

Building CRM automation since 2021.

Founded Auspex in 2021 — CRM rollouts and automation for dozens of companies. Spun out grow2 once AI agents got reliable enough for production.

Engineering

The same engineers who've been wiring CRMs for five years.

APIs, telephony, messengers, 1C — the agents lean on Auspex's integration practice, not a demo rig.

Our own ops
10+

AI agents run inside our own operations every day. We sell what we use ourselves.

Dialogue

Scripts that don't sound like a chatbot.

We design dialogues for your tone and channel. UA · EN · RU · ES.

Implementation

We wire the agent into your CRM.

Shipped on Bitrix24, amoCRM, HubSpot, Salesforce. If it has an API, we'll connect it.

The story

Five years of watching CRMs fail in slow motion.

We started fixing CRM rot manually. Then automated it. That's grow2.

2021

Auspex launches

Andrew launches Auspex — a CRM implementation practice for SMBs. Within a few years: dozens of deployments across industries.

2023

The pattern

Same problem in every CRM: leads die in inbox at 22:00. FAQ eats 4.5h/rep/day. Reps don't log calls.

2024

grow2 spins out

GPT-4 turbo + voice models + reliable function-calling cross the threshold. We start shipping AI agents that close the gaps.

How we work

Four rules we won't break.

Rule 01

Pilots, not platforms.

Fixed-scope, fixed-fee. 14 days to live. We measure on day 30.

Rule 02

No-pay guarantee.

If the agent hasn't moved the agreed KPI by day 30, we refund the pilot in full.

Rule 03

Founder time.

Andrew is on every kickoff call. Not a junior. Not a sales engineer.

Rule 04

Boring beats clever.

We optimize the agent for accuracy and predictability. Magic is a bug.
