An SF Bay Area orthodontics network wanted to automate the entire patient journey — from lead and intake through treatment, billing and retention — over SMS and email at the scale of 16 offices.
We designed a system of 8 specialized agents with a HIPAA-compliance layer, integrated with practice-management and CRM platforms. The audit and an implementation-ready specification were delivered to the client.
