How do you stop the agent from giving legal or financial advice?

Grow2.ai writes an explicit refusal contract during the Day 0–1 workshop with the managing partner. The agent has a finite list of things it can answer (firm hours, fee structure at the bracket level, conflict pre-screen questions, scoping-call booking) and refuses everything else with a graceful escalation to a fee-earner. We test the contract against ~80 adversarial prompts before go-live.

How is conflict screening pre-populated?

The agent collects the prospective client's full legal name, any related entities they mention, and the matter type. It runs a structured query against your Clio (or equivalent) conflict database before the partner ever sees the file. Hits are flagged; the partner reviews. Misses save 8–12 minutes of triage per enquiry.

What about GDPR — sensitive data handling?

Grow2.ai's default deployment for legal is on a per-firm isolated VPC inside EU-Central, with PII encrypted at rest under a per-firm KMS. Conversation logs follow your firm's data-retention policy (typically 7 years for matter intake). The agent contractually never trains on your data and refuses to disclose information about another client.
