Grow2.ai is a brand of Auspex Streamline SL (CIF B56341829), Calle Velarde 13/4B, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 35010, Spain. We are the controller of personal data collected through grow2.ai. For any privacy question, write to hello@grow2.ai.
02 · What data we collect
Data you submit through forms on this site: name, email, company name and your message. Technical data used for spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): IP address and browser characteristics — never used for profiling.
03 · Analytics and cookies
Baseline analytics is Umami (self-hosted): it sets no cookies and does not identify you, so it runs without consent.
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel activate only after you click “Accept” in the cookie bar (Google Consent Mode v2, default state: denied). Your choice is stored in localStorage under the cookie-consent key.
04 · Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps). Analytics and marketing — Art. 6(1)(a), only with your consent. Site security and spam protection — Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest.
05 · Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. Technical partners: Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection), Google (analytics — with consent), Meta (ad measurement — with consent). Each processes data under its own DPA terms.
06 · How long we keep data
Form submissions — up to 24 months or until the conversation is complete, unless a longer period is required by law or accounting. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the table below.
07 · Your rights
Under GDPR you can access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the button below the cookie table. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish authority AEPD (aepd.es).
