Will the agent place a student at the right level (e.g. CEFR for languages)?

For language schools, Grow2.ai integrates a structured 6-question placement check the agent runs in the target language. The result maps to CEFR (A1–C2) and routes to the matching cohort. Accuracy on the placement check tracks within ±0.5 levels of a 30-minute human assessment, validated across two pilots.

How does the agent handle students who are clearly the wrong fit?
