Will the daemon work with our existing YClients booking calendar?

Yes — Grow2.ai's default integration is YClients-native and bidirectional. The daemon reads tomorrow's slate, talks to patients, and writes confirmations / cancellations / rebookings back into YClients in real time. Reception sees the same data they always saw.

What about GDPR — patient data and consent?

Patient consent for messaging is captured at the point of booking; the agent only contacts patients who opted in. All conversation logs live in your stack (we deploy to your Postgres or your VPS), retention follows your existing patient-data policy, and the daemon refuses any request that would expose another patient's data.

Our suburban location runs 28% no-show, downtown runs 12%. Can the agent handle both?
