Does the agent read our actual inventory feed?

Yes — Grow2.ai wires the agent to your nightly inventory sync (KeyCRM export, OLX feed, etc.) so the agent only suggests cars actually in stock at a yard the customer can reach. Inventory-aware is the difference between a chatbot and a useful agent.

How are the qualification rules written?

Day 0–1 of the pilot is a workshop with the dealer principal where Grow2.ai co-writes 6–10 rules specific to that lot (budget bracket, financing yes/no, manual vs automatic, mileage tolerance, must-have features, "researching" vs "ready Saturday"). The rules are versioned and tunable.
