How does the ICP scoring actually work?

Grow2.ai co-writes 8–12 qualification rules with the commercial director on Day 0–1 (company size, in-house team yes/no, ad spend bracket, growth stage, vertical fit, decision-maker title, geography, urgency signal, budget phrasing, competitor evaluation, and a soft "is this a real lead or a curious peer agency").
