Your team can't keep up. An AI agent works 24/7
We build custom AI agents for B2B teams — they qualify leads, book meetings and close gaps in your CRM. One KPI in the contract, measured on day 30. A quality loop that keeps working after launch.
Instant — nights, weekends, holidays. No queue.
Measured on a live project: sales across three messengers.
A second model reads every reply before it ships. Sample errors trigger a fix.
Typically 4–6 months; fastest — 2–3. No vendor lock-in.

Four leaks every B2B team already knows.
Nod at two, and you're losing money this month, not next quarter.
Hot leads cool
Inbound at 22:17. First reply at 10:42. Customer already messaged your competitor.

Reps answer “do you have model X” twenty times a day instead of closing.
— 4.5h / rep / dayCRM lies
Reps forget to log calls. Quotes stall. Pipeline lies. You can't tell what's actually warm.

You've seen the chatbot demo. It's been a year. Vendor still blames “edge cases”.

Five questions to ask any vendor. Including us.
Take them to every pitch. Whoever has no answer loses on their own. Here are ours.
Which number is in the contract?
One KPI with a target, agreed before kickoff, measured on day 30. If the agent is live and the target isn't reached, the pilot fee comes back.
Who reads the agent's replies after launch?
A supervisor model checks every reply before it ships. Dialogs are scored against a rubric; findings turn into prompt and harness fixes, each run through the eval set.
What happens to the agent in month three?
The quality loop is part of the run-rate, not a change request. Someone still reads the traces when the launch excitement is over.
Where do the code and the data live?
On your infrastructure, under your account. Code, prompts, eval set, training data are yours. Leave whenever you want; the agent stays.
Who is on the call?
The founder who built the eval framework. Not a junior, not a sales engineer. Same person on kickoff and on the day-30 review.
Three projects. Three measured results.
Real projects, anonymized at our clients' request. Details and references on the call.
An assistant for 500+ dealers
Two managers were drowning in requests from five hundred dealers. Now an agent handles reconciliations, order statuses and documents around the clock — reads from 1C, writes to Bitrix24.
A sales agent in messengers
The same questions about price, stock and delivery across three messengers. The agent closes ~70% of the routine in three languages and hands the hard cases to a manager.
A RAG consultant for the store
Hundreds of inquiries at peak hours. The agent advises on top of the live catalog, integrated with the ERP and deployed on the client's servers.
Gamified corporate event: 150 guests, 15 locations
“As an event organiser, I had a unique challenge — to build a gamified app for the event. What the team created was incredible. Guests found their way around easily and carried a beautifully digitised story in their own phones. I'm grateful for the ease of communication, the creativity and the speed of delivery. You're the best!”

Frequently asked questions
What is an AI agent for business?
An AI agent is software that runs a business process end-to-end: it reads an incoming request, decides what to do by your rules, and acts in your systems — CRM, email, messengers. Unlike a chatbot, it doesn't just answer questions; it completes the task: qualifies the lead, updates the CRM, books the meeting.
How much does an AI agent cost?
Pilots are fixed-fee: Starter — €1,800 (one agent, one channel, 14 days), Practice — €3,600 (two agents, multi-channel, 21 days), Operator — from €6,000 (full stack with voice, 30 days). After the pilot: Run from €49/month or Managed from €249/month, plus tokens. No per-seat pricing.
How long does implementation take?
A Starter pilot goes live in 14 days, Practice in 21, Operator in 30. On day 30 we review results against the KPI agreed before the start.
What if the agent doesn't hit the KPI?
We agree one KPI and its target before kickoff and review it on day 30. If the agent is live and the target isn't reached, we refund the pilot fee; the agent is then switched off and your data is returned. The refund is a term of the contract, not the point of the pilot: the point is the number.
What happens to the agent after launch?
It keeps being worked on. A supervisor model checks every reply, dialogs are scored against a quality rubric, and findings become prompt and harness fixes that go through the eval set before they ship. You see the traces and the weekly picture; nothing is switched on and forgotten.
Why are you more expensive than the offer we got?
Because the price includes what usually gets cut: a KPI target in the contract with a refund behind it, a supervisor on every reply, dialog reviews after launch, code and data on your infrastructure, and the founder on every call. Compare the two offers line by line and see which of these are missing; that is the difference in price.
Will we be locked into a subscription?
No. You own the agent — the code and the data stay with you. After the pilot you pay a run-rate from €49/month plus token usage. No SaaS lock-in, no per-seat tax.
How is an AI agent different from Zapier or Make?
Zapier and Make execute predefined if-then workflows and work well with structured triggers. An AI agent works where input is unstructured: it reads free-form messages, decides within the rules you set, and escalates complex cases to a human.
Is it safe to let an AI agent talk to our customers?
Every agent ships with three protection layers: prompt rules with a whitelisted scope (no prices or promises without data from your systems), an LLM supervisor that double-checks critical fields, and human-in-the-loop escalation for VIPs and edge cases.
Which languages and channels are supported?
Agents work in Ukrainian, English, Russian and Spanish — across web chat, messengers, email and voice, with CRM integrations, Bitrix24 among them.
